Actually the room was big and quiet with big bathroom, a balcony, as for instance.

A balcony and a kitchen available in the queen studio. Incredible and perfect location right next to Cathedral of Funchal. Only 10 min walk to downtown.

Had lovely stay on holidays. The location was marvellous and stunning, very close to Cathedral of Funchal. And we were just off the center.

Some people working there were really slow.

Our king studio was brand-new with was full of character, a balcony and fridge as advertised. Besides, the location was magnificent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Madeira Congress Center.

A wide array of food for breakfast, which was freshly made to satisfy everyone. We were given silent and exceptionally clean rooms with huge bed and terrace plus balcony.

Clean fine hotel, knowledgeable staff and fantastic location in the center of Funchal. Well-equipped room and good-sized bathroom with a bath tub and shower facilities.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, with daily maid service. The staff were fabulous and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was great, close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and the promenade. It was also very peaceful at night, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The view from the balcony was not very pleasant. It overlooked a derelict building, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Our studio was very well equipped and the free cabled internet access was a teriffic extra. The hotel had an excellent location in the heart of Funchal and was ideally placed for access to local buses necessary for our trips up to the levadas. Staff very very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning in my room was not particularly effective however this was not a significant issue.

Central location in Funchal adjacent new shopping centre with large supermarket. Appartments spacious, well designed and equipped. Ideal for family group which included two infants.

Great location- right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and with easy access to transportation. Spacious rooms- the rooms were large and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.Convenient amenities- having a small kitchenette in the room was a nice bonus, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a taste of local cuisine.

Noisy neighbors- unfortunately, the sound isolation in the rooms was not the best, and we were occasionally disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms or the corridor. Price discrepancy- we booked our room through a third-party website and later discovered that the price was significantly higher than if we had booked directly with the hotel themselves.

Great location. Apartment comfortable and clean. About 20 metres from a large supermarket and a great bakery which are very reasonably priced.

Although there was a reasonable choice of food for breakfast, we felt the amounts very limited and as the apartment was equipped with a toaster it was hardly worthwhile going down in the morning. Only received clean teatowel 3 days in the 7 day stay were left without anything for the rest of the stay. Do advise visitors to take their own dishcloth and washing up liquid.

The location is excellent close to Shopping Mall, Municipal Gardens, restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Perfect stay, no complains at all, we 100% recommend. The king studio is brand-new with was full of character, a balcony plus bedroom.
